• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excludes weekends & public holidays), unless stated otherwise or for pre-order items.

•Delivery time: 7 business days Australia wide after item is shipped.

• Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver orders including [AUS POST, TGE, FedEx, UPS, DHL]. The choice of carrier depends on the delivery location and shipping method chosen.

• Tracking: Tracking information is provided for all orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Costs and Options
• Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate standard shipping with tracking within Australia for $12.95.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping within Australia only.

• Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout to see the cost and estimated delivery time.

• International Shipping: We ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by their country.

3. Tracking Your Order
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Issues

• Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to address the issue. We will require proof of damage (e.g., photos) to assist in the resolution process.
