Refund policy
1. General Policy
• Eligibility: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Exclusions: Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. Customised items are also non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
• Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through the web form on our contact page or email: contact@gvequineapparel.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GV Equine Apparel isn’t responsible for return items getting lost or damaged during transit.
• Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number (RAN). Please include this number inside your return package.
3. Refunds
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
• Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
• Exchange Policy: We do offer direct exchanges. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. To request an exchange, please select “exchange” on the return form. The return form must be included with the returned items.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
• Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
6. International Returns
• International Customers: Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non- refundable.
